Every weekend a new logic riddle is published here (please forgive me, if real life now and then forces me to delay the publishing) and old riddles are moved to the archive. Every riddle has been constructed and tested by me, but still I won't guarantee that they "work". Never mind, go ahead and try!
4 women have recently bought flowers. Annabel bought roses. The violet was bought in the supermarket. Mrs. Tucson bought flowers just on impulse. Mrs. Lo bought her flowers from a salesman on the street. Jane bought a Lily of the Valley. Mrs. Davies' first name is not Claire. Mrs. Norton is not having an anniversary. The tulips were bought simply because it was springtime. Deanna didn't buy her flowers in the Botanical Gardens surplus shop nor in a flower shop. The woman who bought flowers in the supermarket bought them, because she were expecting guests and wanted to make her home look prettier. The roses were bought because the woman had an anniversary and she was sure that her husband would forget. Mrs. Lo didn't buy roses. Claire bought hers in a supermarket, while the roses were not bought in the Botanical Gardens.
Where did one of the women buy flowers just on impulse?
